What counts as "commercial use"?
Any use that generates revenue, supports product development, or delivers value to customers. Internal R&D at a company is commercial. Publishing a paper is not.
I'm at a company but just benchmarking — do I need Enterprise?
No. Commercial Research covers internal R&D, PoCs, and benchmarking. Enterprise is for production workloads with SLA requirements.
What's the "mandatory citation" for Academic?
We provide citation text. You include it in papers that use QubitBoost-governed results. This is how we demonstrate peer-reviewed credibility.
Can I upgrade mid-license?
Yes. Contact sales. We pro-rate the difference.
What happens if I use Academic for commercial work?
The license is void. We may invoice retroactively at Commercial Research rates. Don't do this.
