1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing QubitBoost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

QubitBoost provides:

  • Quantum job submission and execution management
  • Doom detection and early termination capabilities
  • Multi-backend routing and optimization
  • Real-time telemetry and cost tracking

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must:

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Comply with backend provider terms of service
  • Not use services for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent doom detection mechanisms
  • Not share API credentials or access tokens

4. QUANTUM EXECUTION DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: Quantum computing results are inherently probabilistic. QubitBoost's doom detection reduces but does not eliminate the risk of degraded results. We do not guarantee specific fidelity levels or execution outcomes.

5. BILLING & COSTS

  • Backend execution costs are passed through from providers
  • QubitBoost fees are charged according to your subscription tier
  • Aborted jobs may still incur partial costs from providers
  • Cost savings are estimates and not guaranteed

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QubitBoost is not liable for losses resulting from quantum execution failures, backend outages, or doom detection false positives/negatives. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of your quantum circuits and research data. QubitBoost retains ownership of the platform, doom detection algorithms, and aggregated anonymized telemetry insights.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. QubitBoost may immediately terminate accounts violating these terms. Upon termination, job data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
